Hello my patient viewers! I thought it would be fun to try to summon some old memories and remember what was your favorite book in fourth grade? ( If you can't remember one specifically from fourth grade, then you can list one from elementary in general). Here's some of mine: Mandy; Cinderellis and the Glass Hill; I Know Who Likes You; Tripping Over The Lunch Lady; Sideways Stories From Wayside School; Wayside School is Falling Down; The Doll People; Double Fudge; Don't You Know There's a War On?; Miss Popularity. (Feel free to list more than one).
Another Idea!
Appetizing Artwork:
While you're reminiscing about elementary school, here's a fun project!
Materials:
paper plate
pen, pencil, crayons, markers,etc
optional additions such as yarn
Take the paper plate and simply draw a meal on it! If you want to make it more three dimensional, you can tape on some yarn for pasta, or tape on a plastic fork, or cut out your own! Be imaginative! You could even frame it and hang it in an eating area!
Secret Garden is a great classic. And one day, The Tale of Despereaux
ReplyDeletewill be too.
